I fell into a sleep today;
delicious, teary sleep today.
My eyes erased the world today
and drew my dreams alive today.
“So Real” My brain declared today;
My thoughts and feelings breathe today.
Make way my path to roam today;
To swim and jump and climb today.
To find what I will find today;
To grow in ways I’ll grow today.
I think and feel and breathe my days
regardless of the words I say.
So may I just let go today
and be inside alive today.
Detached from all of everything
my thoughts make it all mean today.
